In case you've stopped following Bowie into the later decades, do note that he keeps getting cooler and cooler. His 2002 album Heathen is exceptional. It feels like being picked up in the middle of sleep and driven on a highway to somewhere unknown. I'll post the songs I can find but it's really worth having. He even covers Pixies' Cactus.
